Cold, composed to your taste.
At the Seravonna atelier, a single commission may take a season to realise. Stone is cut to the grain of your room, brass is finished by hand, leather is stitched to the curve of every shelf — and the cold itself is tuned like an instrument, degree by degree, to what it will keep.
Champagne at seven degrees. Cacao at sixteen. A cigar at seventy per cent humidity, no more, no less. Whatever you ask of it, your Seravonna holds the answer — quietly, indefinitely, beautifully.
“Preservation is an art; temperature, its quiet instrument.”
“A quiet world, kept perfectly cold.”

“Not a refrigerator so much as a small architecture of winter, raised indoors.”
“The door closes with the certainty of a vault, and the whole room lowers its voice.”
Of Craft and Cold
How is each Seravonna built?
By hand, one commission at a time. Stone, brass and leather are finished in our atelier; cooling assemblies are tuned and tested for a week before a piece ever leaves.
What is the lead time?
Collection pieces are typically delivered within eight to twelve weeks. Bespoke commissions take a season — we will give you an honest date before we begin.
Do you install and service?
Yes. Every piece is installed by our own technicians and covered by the Seravonna Care programme — annual tuning, humidity calibration and priority service.
How does Bespoke work?
It begins with a conversation: your room, your collection, your taste. The atelier then composes a proposal — materials, dimensions, temperatures — refined with you until it is yours alone.
